Multi-Tenant PBX System

A Multi-Tenant PBX system is a VoIP based PBX infrastructure tailored to serve many independent customers or tenants through a single platform. It allows users to share the primary software and hardware while managing separate, secure environments with their own call routing, phone lines and features. This method offers centralized management and affordable cost for service providers, allowing them to give custom solutions to different tenants on shared system.

How does it works?

The Multi-Tenant PBX system runs on a shared infrastructure, allowing multiple organizations to use the same platform while keeping their environments secure and independent. Similar to SaaS applications like Gmail or Netflix, each tenant gets a private setup where calls, voicemails, and configurations remain fully isolated.

Service providers manage everything through a centralized dashboard, with full control over resources, features, performance, and user access. This makes it easy to create customized solutions for each tenant, offering unique extensions, DID numbers, and permissions as needed.

The system supports multiple customer domains in a single application. Incoming calls are routed directly to extensions on IP phones, softphones, or mobile apps, while a built-in mobile application adds flexibility with voice, video, group chat, and inter-branch communication. Users can make and receive calls on their business number from anywhere, and if unavailable, calls are automatically forwarded to another device or extension, ensuring no important call is ever missed.
